Privacy notice.
Updated 23 October 2026. This notice covers the Beyond the ASX launch website, operated as a project by Warwick Anderson.
What we collect
Signup forms collect your email, your selected list, your consent and its date. Country, mining interest and market-access preferences are optional. Contact forms collect your name if supplied, email, category and message. Do not include financial account details or identity documents.
Morning Brief requests also store your selected market and ticker codes, time zone, optional Monday edition preference and launch email consent. Tickers are coverage preferences; do not submit holdings, account balances or financial circumstances.
How we use it
We use signup information for the briefing or Plus communications you request. Contact information is used to respond to your enquiry, correction or privacy request. Launch signups are stored pending email verification; automated email delivery has not yet started.
Company Files beta
Invited members sign in with ChatGPT. We store the site account identifier, access email, requested company files, watchlist and notes. Company research is shared across eligible members after editorial review. Notes and watchlists are private to your account within the service; authorised operators can access records for support and administration.
When you request research, the company name, ticker, market and existing company facts are sent to the OpenAI API to collect public disclosures. Your notes, email and watchlist are not sent to the research agent. Company Files workspace activity is excluded from Google Analytics. You can edit or erase note text and remove a company from your watchlist. For deletion of the account records, use the contact form.
Who receives it
Authorised operators of the publication can access the records. Hosting and infrastructure providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process data to operate the service and may process it outside Australia. We do not sell subscriber contact records. A signup does not authorise disclosure of your details to an issuer.
Your choices
The signup confirmation supplies a private cancellation link for a new record. Keep that link if you want to remove the record directly. You may also use our contact form to request access, a correction or deletion. We may need to verify that the email address belongs to you before completing a request. Future email communications will include an unsubscribe option.
Your Morning Brief confirmation supplies a private management link to edit your watchlist or remove your email and saved preferences. Keep this link private. Repeating a signup does not overwrite an existing request.
Storage and security
Signup and enquiry records are stored in the site database. Records are retained while needed to provide the requested service or address an enquiry. Cancellation removes a matching launch signup from the application database; hosting backups may take longer to expire. Access is restricted, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Optional Google Analytics
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits to editorial pages and activity in the briefing and Plus signup forms. Google processes cookie identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location and usage events to produce reports. This may involve processing outside Australia.
We load the Google Analytics tag only after you choose to allow analytics. Our events exclude email addresses, form contents, URL query strings and cancellation tokens. Contact, private watchlist preferences, content management and signup-cancellation pages are not measured. Watchlist contents are not included in analytics events. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our tag configuration.
Your choice is saved in this browser. You can decline analytics and use the site normally, or change your choice with the control below. Withdrawal stops further Analytics collection in this browser and removes this site’s Analytics cookies. It does not automatically erase data already received by Google.
Read Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Website operation
